PROCESS OF A RESTORATION

Basically, almost any damage to a papier-mâché figure - whether from Marolin® or another manufacturer - can be repaired. The prerequisite is that you send us the figure and tell us your repair requests. The figures must be inspected on site, a cost estimate based on pictures is unfortunately not possible.

You will receive a written cost estimate within a few days, which you can transfer to the specified bank account if you agree.

After receipt of payment, the restoration will take place immediately. The current duration of a restoration can take up to 6 months (after full payment has been received).

Once the figures have been completed and shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.

Important NOTE:

As far as possible, we also repair figures made of Lineol and Elastolin and, with reservations, also figures made of plaster.
